What happens if a Match is cancelled?

A pending match request can be cancelled by whoever sent it, before the other side responds. Once a match has already been accepted and turned into a transaction, it no longer follows match-request rules -- cancellation from that point on follows the transaction's own rule: only allowed before the package has been handed over.
