What does negotiated pricing mean?

It means the reward for a delivery is agreed between the specific sender and traveler involved -- not set centrally by dooobi. A delivery request starts with a reward amount from the sender; a traveler can accept that amount as-is, or either side can propose a different amount as part of a match request before it is accepted.
