How is handover confirmed?

When the sender gives the package to the traveler, the traveler scans a unique QR code tied to that package. This is one of two independent QR checks in the delivery lifecycle -- the handover QR (sender to traveler) and, later, a separate delivery QR (traveler to receiver).
