What happens if the receiver does not collect?

If receiver access is enabled, the receiver's tracking link is valid for 30 days after it is generated. dooobi does not currently define a formal process for what happens if a receiver never collects within that window beyond the link expiring -- if this happens, please contact Support so we can look into it directly.
